Pneumatic diaphragm pumps can be assembled in many ways, the key to safety and maintenance. The key to the effectiveness of the gas triplet is to worry about the air source residue to prevent debris from entering the pump and damaging the pump shell. In addition, the pump can be maintained against high pressure or unstable standard pressure caused by damage. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps have a lot of recoil when they work, and the pump housing and pipelines are vibrating, so improving the cushioning soft joint can reduce this recoil and increase the overall service life of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and pipelines.

Step 2 Run

Note: Check any packing list before application of pneumatic diaphragm pump; In addition, all the anchor bolts of the pump body should be tightened, and the structure should be reinforced every week.

2.1 Pump in accordance with this indication III

The installation method in the specific guide to connect the accessories, and put the pump in the right direction to tighten the foot. Special note: Plastic series products and other non-metallic material wire interface pneumatic diaphragm pump, please do not force tight when connecting the pipeline, in order to prevent the water pump plastic pipe crack.

2.2 Open the inlet and outlet valve and ensure that the inlet pipe is immersed in the material.

2.3 After the transformer power switch of the gas triplet is set to the working pressure of the gas path, the oil mist cup plus the automobile oil (the right cup of the general gas triplet is the welding smoke cup) is connected to the gas source.

2.4 Gradually raise the transformer power switch until the pump achieves the actual total flow and pump head, and clamp the transformer power switch.

2.5 Watch the pump up and down for 5 minutes, if there is no abnormal situation, sustainable application.

Step 3 Turn it off

3.1 Before terminating the pump operation, please turn the pressure reducing valve at the triple connector to reduce the standard air pressure.

3.2 After the inlet pipe of the pump is rid of the material, allow the pump to continue working for 2-3 minutes to drain the liquid in the pump body.

3.3 Turn off the outlet gate valve to avoid material flow back; And turn off the air source.

3.4 Immerse the water inlet in cold water or cleaning solution, convert the outlet tee, turn on the low voltage operation of the air source and clean for 3-5 minutes.

3.5 Drain the cold water in the pump, turn off the inlet and outlet gate valve and the air source power switch.
