First, prevent pipeline vibration
The liquid pipe drains out of the end to prevent damage due to inertia, the moment the pump starts working, the chart line will have a pulsating drink impact force. This is also a unique condition of reciprocating pumps, which is caused by the sudden acceleration of the solution in the pipeline.
In order to better prevent such a situation, it is generally required that the inertial friction resistance of the discharge end is <1.0kgf/cm2, and the pipeline will vibrate when it reaches 1.0, which will have some bad effects on the pump and external equipment.
Solution:
1. Assemble pulsation damper;
2, expand the outer diameter and the outlet end of the hose to reduce the length of the outlet pipe.
Two, prevent too much supply
Excessive provision refers to the problem of the operation of the check valve due to the inertia of the liquid flow in the pipeline, resulting in the ineffectiveness of the check valve, the total flow cost is too large, unstable, when the negative pressure at the suction end is insufficient or the pipeline is too long, it is very likely to have that situation, so the pressure difference of the pump is generally required > the inertial friction resistance.
Solution:
1. Assemble pulsation damper;
2. Assemble the vent valve;
3, minimize the length of the access line;
Third, prevent the occurrence of cavitation of metering pump
If the cavitation capacity in the equipment is insufficient, it is likely to cause damage to the pump due to cutoff or cavitation, so the cavitation capacity is generally required to be greater than the necessary cavitation capacity.
