In general, the diaphragm should be replaced after 8000 hours of operation, otherwise it will lead to fatigue damage, cracking, etc., which will endanger the service life of the mechanical equipment, lead to environmental pollution of the grease, drive the piston rod cylinder, and lead to damage to key mechanical equipment.

When the diaphragm pump is running, the camera and hydraulic transmission system should be regularly maintained according to a reasonable process to prevent the common failure of the oil drain camera, the blockage of the provided oil and oil pipeline or the common failure of the pipeline gate valve, the arrhythmia caused by the battery charging and charging and discharging oil, and the pushing of water. Variable working pressure; Strictly implement the regulations for the operation of diaphragm pump and working pressure module, and strictly prohibit overweight operation; Check for uneven internal stress caused by fluctuation of working pressure at the diaphragm pump inlet and outlet of the diaphragm pump check valve. This stress can cause diaphragm cracking and must be replaced immediately.

There are many types of mechanical diaphragm pumps, but be sure to check replacement parts regularly.

1. The pump body is made of pig iron and is prone to cracking due to mechanical force or internal stress. Need maintenance. If the damage is more serious, replace it immediately. Some safeguards can be applied to the pump body to reduce damage.

2. The pump shaft is generally made of carbon steel, which is very easy to be damaged after application. It is very likely to produce cracks, bending, motor shaft damage, external thread damage, etc., but also very likely to produce a rupture safety accident, should be replaced immediately.

3. Centrifugal impeller is a vital part of the pump. It is very possible to develop cracks in the centrifugal impeller. Due to cavitation, the surface layer is transformed into holes or broken holes. Etching will make the tool head soft or partially damaged, and even broken. If found, replace with a new one.

4. The mouth ring is also called the leakage or wear reduction ring, which is more easily damaged. Wear and tear can be repaired and cannot be replaced immediately. When replacing a new leakage reduction ring, its nominal diameter shall be equipped according to the diameter of the centrifugal impeller channel.

5. After long-term storage, the filling material will harden and take away the ductility, which will cause the centrifugal pump to leak gas and water. Generally speaking, new packing should be replaced.
