Incorrect installation will result in invalid machine seals.
Under normal damage, the machine seal is one of the spare parts. As long as the pump is in operation, the seal will be damaged, so the service life is longer. Once damaged, the dynamic ring Kuqa ring can not be installed together. When leakage occurs, the corrosion of the substance is stronger, exceeding the dimensional tolerance of the seal, resulting in the sealing components of the seal being etched and leaked.
Air-fired machine seal. Operating under the standard of no liquid in the centrifugal pump will cause the machine seal to cause high temperature. Under normal conditions, it is not easy to have any problems, because the water in the pump will continue to moisten and refrigerate the seal, but if not, in the liquid state, the seal will not be able to cool during operation, and the temperature will rise until it ignits.
The pump has not been actually operated for a long time, and there is no necessary preparation before operation, such as manual shaking test run, etc., because the pump does not operate for a long time is likely to cause microbial bacteria and air oxidation in the middle of the motor seal ring if it is not solved to run the centrifugal pump, the seal structure is likely to be destroyed when the motor is running at high speed. And there's a good chance of water seepage.
The pump transport material contains hard solid particles. During the pump operation period, the dynamic ring of the machine seal is installed from beginning to end to ensure that the pump is not easy to leak, but if there is a large number of very thin solid particles in the material, it enters the middle of the dynamic ring and the middle of the dynamic ring, and the middle of the dynamic ring and the static data ring are not closely coordinated. On the other hand, hard particles can damage the smooth surface of the dynamic and static data rings and make them not smooth, resulting in seal leakage.
O-ring hydraulic seal seepage
The probability of O-ring leakage is generally not large. In general, the embrittle O-ring is not easy to be replaced immediately during the whole process of maintenance and disassembly of the pipeline circulating pump, otherwise the dirty things will affect the sealing natural environment of the O-ring during the whole process of installation. It is also possible to overpress the O-ring and crack it. In such cases, it is only necessary to replace the newly upgraded O-ring and adjust the tightness of the anchor bolt.
The hole is leaking in the pump housing or cover
Centrifugal pumps are all cast parts before they are produced and processed into finished products. Some defects will be cleaned up in the raw material selection and production process, but some trachoma may occur. It's not that the test isn't rigorous, it's just that this kind of trachoma shouldn't be applied. Visual inspection is not easily exposed during testing. It only manifests itself in high pressure natural environments. If the sand hole is small and permeable, it can be repaired with industrial production repair agent. If the leak is large but not leaked, you need to go back to the processing plant to disassemble the pump housing.
